What would even be cooler, is major pilots "giving away" flying to regionals. Then regional pilots not flying for starvation wages...in the hopes of getting experience for a major...a major they'll have little chance of joining...because the flying is going from majors to regionals.

How nice it would be for major airlines to "win" this huge concession from major pilots, only to find that no pilot wants to work for those wages...NO MATTER WHAT!
