To this I answer - Maybe if you are a widebody Captain the SCOPE fight is over - but if you are a narrowbody FO - stand by and get involved. 50 seaters are being retired but who flies what in between 76 and 124 seats is a very big concern of mine.
Narrow body FO and CA, widebody FO and jr CA, and really anyone. Downward movement effects almost the entire list, even most of the "senior". Further gutting the bottom end, coupled with decimating the international relief FO positions and maybe even another raise in the retirement age would usher in an era of stagnation for well over a decade, then slower advancement even after that. Be very wary of a grand slam contract with a big raise percentage. If you see that TA'd, go immediately to section 1 and see how it was (most likely) paid for.
