November starts the winter schedule, which of course is always lighter compared to spring/summer flying. Not to mention the first wave of lease return aircraft departed the fleet in 3rd Qtr 2005. The company wants to wait as long as it can before they furlough, in order to firm up bases and packages available to union employees.
