How can employees be held accountable, expected to meet deadlines, and go 'above and beyond' when management has proven again and again they can not lead by example? Is there a deadline they've met yet? Sad that this is seen as acceptable... Pathetic. All things equal, if the flight crews performed to the same standard, we'd all be looking for a new job.
