Being that we are working under two seperate CBA's (For however long) till the "New" company decides to play ball by way of a JCBA that WE ALL deserve......Until then, I would say "yes", the CAL camp does have SCOPE
......and any future combine agreement will not have my vote unless it's as strong (or points North) from it presently stands as mentioned above.
