Did EB say "we want out of the RJ business" ? If so, how come Delta says it but DALPA doesn't say "we want Delta out of the RJ business?"

I'll fly ATR 42-500s in a heart beat if it meant bringing every regional aircraft to mainline. And thats of course assuming DALPA and ALPA stood up and demanded pay rates that are appropriate for an airline pilot and not necessarily just what they've been at the DCI's to date.
