It absolutely does. It's laughable to think that Delta would even bother with negotiating with ALPA if there's even a hint that ALPA would get voted off. It's the equivalent of George Bush saying there will be no airline strikes. You still go through the motions but the outcome has been predetermined. If this issue gains any real steam other than it's current internet discussion then the folks behind DPA will be doing more to delay restoration of our contract than they would be helping.
