P.S. By IOE, do you mean you were in the hiring pool pre-9/11? I'm the first to admit I'm a bit illiterate when it comes to all the acronyms. The only IOE I've ever heard of is the Initail Operating Eval everyone does after their 6 weeks of ground training. Is that what you're referring to?
