that guy is smoking some good stuff. class 4 FO pay is a base of 50,000, and 58,000 as a 5 year class 4 FO> NJI guys don't get hourly OT and the same extended day rate as NJA
3rd year CA class 1 at NJA is base of 71,000 and 5 year class 1 CA is a base of 90,000. I don't know how he could be doing better with these figures from the contract.
