I constantly block 83-88 hours but get paid 95 – 105 (that's about 10 + hours more per month), does your airline have these kind of guaranteed credits. Each quarter our average CA gets about $1000 in bonuses ($4000 + per year) and the FO's get about half. Add it all up and you'll get the big picture. I won’t even get started with QOL.
