In the beginning there was Pinnacle Airlines, inc and only Pinnacle airlines Inc. Pinnacle airlines Corp was formed as a holding company to be Inc's parent and destroy scope, be on NASDAQ etc. all Inc's profits went to Corp. Corp then bought q's and colgan to get around scope to give to even cheaper labor (if that is even possible
). Offices were consolidated in MEM and management shuffled between the 2 (thank God you got BC). even the Govt mediator said so......
