It's not a tumor! That is what I think of when I look at the A330-200F. That is one ugly fix for the nose gear.
Like they say; if it is ugly it's British, if it is weird it's French, if it's ugly and weird it is Russian.
From what Airbus has published, they aren't going to change the nose gears on the P2F A330s. The have various ground service equipment to raise the nose. It is as fancy as an airbag type system to a jack like lift system.
