At an LCA meeting last February (old news... I know), O had said that part of the 777 contract was that Boeing have a P2F plan in place. He said that the overall thought was that when the 787 came online and the pax carriers ditched their 777-200s for the 787, we could snap up the 777s and convert them. He didn't say anything about the cost of conversion.
