From what Airbus has published, they aren't going to change the nose gears on the P2F A330s. The have various ground service equipment to raise the nose. It is as fancy as an airbag type system to a jack like lift system.
Reminds me of a scene from the Little Rascals when they used a pool cue as a putter.
