One last post from me and then I am done with this thread. I just reread the ML, and I see absolutely nothing wrong with Item one or my editorial. Our airline is going away, so we have every right to remind our pilots where we come from and how proud we are of our soon to be former airline.
The United pilots have their elected representatives fighting on their behalf and the Continental pilots have their own as well. This is business and don’t take anything personally, it appears to me to many of you are way too sensitive. I have gotten countless phone calls and e-mails from our pilots supporting the latest ML. Okay Jayson...I will bite. You say the UAL pilots have their elected reps fighting on their behalf. Can you explain why you decided to pick a fight with Brett Walker (IAH Captain rep) at the BOD meeting? Then you back down. Is this your idea of fight for the CAL pilots? Maybe you can explain what you were trying to accomplish with that stunt. Maybe you should take your own advice and seek help from a psycholigist. Better yet, why don't you just quit and save us the trouble of recalling you.
While I'm at it.....can you explain why you supported a resolution to keep Doug Morotta on as Vice Chair of CALALPA after he lost his medical? The union is paying him full time trip loss so he doesn't have to use LTD? Do other CAL pilots have the same opportunity for this deal? Come Jayson, let's here some answers.
