So, the contract is saying that I can extend my vacation 214 days next month... looks like I'm taking the next 7 months off...

Your math might be correct, but your formula is wrong:
{[(7 x 6) +6] ÷ 4.600} - 7
= [(42 + 6) ÷ 4.600] - 7
= (10.434 rounded down) - 7
= 10 - 7 = 3
No partial credit, so back to your desk and redo the math!!
