I always took the "Aim High" slogan of the USAF as ... set your goals high ... or possibly a double play on ... look to the sky (fly). But everyone always relates the slogan to shooting. And I've heard guys say that it was a throw back to the WWII gunners who had to "aim high" in order to hit their targets? Who knows?

Either way, the new slogan sucks and it is totally representative of whats wrong with our government and the Air Force.
