We had a guy at a regional I was at, who got hired into an RJ with 295 hours TT from CAPT. That's why I have a list of airlines I just wont put my family or loved ones on. What ever happened to working to earn a job? An passing a type rating course doesn't count. Any yahoo can get a CRJ type added to their ticket... it's not hard at all.
