They are in the midst of another mistake with this TSA issue.
Making mistakes is something we all do. But the leadership/LEC reps better start doing some error management if they want to regain the faith of the pilot group.
It's one thing to lose to a group of very well respected pilot leaders with a clear, concise vision on how to lead this pilot group, with the personal experience to back it up.
It's quite another to lose to a vaporware organiztion with no clear agenda simply because "it's not ALPA".
And that's precisely where they are heading if my unscientific, ancedotal evidence is remotely correct.
