When I call my reps, the calls are never returned. When I email my reps, I've gotten one response in the last 5 years. I would call that one pretty small fish.

Well Carl, I cannot respond for what your reps do, but the reps I have return e-mails and phone calls very quickly. The previous guys did as well. That is something that I think needs to be a given if you opt to take the job. The phone is always on, because as a rep unless you are on mandatory rest, is a full time job.
It is a commitment. If you are in 20, the rest of the guys I know up there seem to like the three representing you currently.
