The folks left here now are either lifers or treading water until hiring picks up at the majors and they are in a position to move on. The floodgates won't be open again until the age 65 retirements starting having an effect at the majors.
Just to add: There are a lot less lifers here than you'd think. I didn't get hired on in the last round but jumping at the first good opportunity that comes around. That is what Id say about 95 percent of the pilot group is planning on doing. Once they announce new hires for XJT/ASA its gonna go fast. This company is not known for it's planning.
