I agree with you. I've avoided getting involved in these seniority integration discussions because our opinions (and that is all they are) don't count in the decision making process, but when one of my fellow UAL pilots asserted that all of us think the furloughees will be at the bottom of the ISL, I had to disagree.

And since you asked how they could be integrated, I offered my opinion on that. It is just my opinion, but I sincerely hope that the arbitrators do something other than staple all the furloughed UAL pilots.
