This post of yours really struck me ftb. These are the kind of conversations you have against management when you want something that they are unwilling to give. Now here we are proposing that we have these conversations
against our union!
What on Earth has happened to us where we have to force our own union to do the job they are
supposed to do. What does that tell us? How did we get so far off course.
