I agree with Rick - absolutely do NOT include union affiliations. You don't want to give the wrong impression. Interviewers are representing the company and will be sensitive to union listings. The initial questions that will run through their head is "how pro-union is he?" If it comes up in conversation during the interview, fine. You have the opportunity to talk about your involvement and alleviate any fears they might have.

I also recommend omitting AOPA - unless you own an aircraft. AOPA supports general aviation and oftentimes is directly opposed to the interests of commercial aviation. Some are sensitive to this.

If you belong to other organizations then by all means, list them. You want to "connect" with your reader... and they may also belong to the Alpha-Beta-Madeupa Organization.
