In truth, DPA is a big win if it gets alpa off it's ass and real change is effected. But you know as well as I that this is just another bump in the road for the all powerful "association" When this storm blows over, it will be back to business as usual. So.. the answer to your question is.. no.. DPA will not win.. and that's just fine with those in the palace in Herndon. ACL and the others will celebrate while watching nothing happen.
