Yeh, I'm a first year FO at my gig, based out of TEB...that's why I'm trying to take the pay cut now rather than a few years down the line. For me it'd be about QOL, 2 weeks on call/1 off doesn't leave too much time at home. At least Eagle would give me (hopefully) a Chicago base, more days off per month at home...even though the planes are slower and climb restricted j/k.
