Thinking About Applying To American Eagle

The interview is only one day and basically as mentioned above is a HR/Tech/Sim, not in this order. They'll pull people out of the holding room throughout the day to conduct interviews. I did my tech first and then didn't do anything else for 3hrs. I was the last one to finish.
Day starts at 8am sharp, breaks for lunch around noon, and then you're sent back to DFW around 4. (Assuming everything goes well and you make it through the whole day.) If all 3 parts of the process go well, then they offer you a Pre-conditional job offer. They then fingerprint you, send off/fax your paperwork and then wait for your background checks to come back before sending everything to the review board. Not sure how often the board meets, I think it might be once every 2wks but I'm not 100% sure.
As far as waiting for the conditional job offer goes, it all depends on how quick your paperwork comes back! I interviewed last week and all my paperwork came back quick so I'll be heading to the review board this Friday. And last but not least, in my class 6 of us interviewed, 3 of us got pre-conditional job offers, 1 has to come and finish the interview process, 1 got through all 3 parts but was not offered a job, and 1 was sent home right away because something wasn't disclosed on his airlineapps account. That being said, make sure you disclose all failed checkrides, tickets, etc. Do NOT try to hide anything. Any other questions feel free to PM!

Does the review board simply look over the paperwork or are you brought back to sit down with the board for another round of interviewing?

You are not brought back to sit down with the board. They only look over your paperwork and come to a consensus of whether to bring you on board.

Review board goes over your interview performance, paperwork, and background checks. It's simply them looking over everything and making a final decision. I won't have to go back down there until the medical portion. (Assuming I get a conditional job offer)
