He wants to survive. He never had a DB plan or c2k compensation. His journey from a regional to Delta was a step up in his career and pay check.
If it was just this benign, I would understand it. But acl goes much further than this. He is actively pursuing the lowering of everyone's expectations. Even going so far as to say that we shouldn't expect any increases other than those justified through future inflation.
It smells to me like this is a guy who is the management liason to the internet boards. The problem is that these guys never come out and say so. They always play the part of "one of the guys" while they fight hard to communicate management's vision.

The vast majority here has had that and lost it. That majority seeks restoration and the ability to retire to something other than a FEMA trailer and Walmart job. That is this groups angst. This group then wants to work or row harder to attain restoration. The confusion happens when working and rowing harder is misconstrued as rocking the boat.
