I'll counter by saying management must be thrilled to know you would plan on something they know will almost certainly be shut down for us. When a democratic president sends the APA back to work at the 5 minute point you need to read the tea leaves. If a strike is allowed, all the better for us but there are plenty of other ways we can force the issue. I'd rather have political clout working behind the scenes figuring out exactly what will work, not be stopped, and planning for that. One of the many reasons a new association at this point is a bad idea in my opinion.
Please let me know your thoughts as to how best to "force the issue"?
