You have the restriction on the ATP because you never demonstrated a circle for any of the type ratings. The limitation on the ATP is separate from each type rating. To remove the restriction from the ATP, you would simply have to complete that ATP ride in anything, but demonstrate a circle maneuver. To remove the circling restriction from a specific type, you'd have to demonstrate a circle in that type. Demonstrating a circle maneuver in whatever type you want the restriction removed from, will also remove the restriction from the ATP.
