Could easily be MLK day or later before the final award and all the strings attached regarding when and how it is going to be implemented will be released.
The NMB took six months for the flight attendants so I don't think Eichen can "delay" the process that long.

NMB decision will probably happen late Feb/Early March.

"The strings attached regarding when and how it is going to be implemented" were agreed upon by all parties before the process even began. While the list itself remains a mystery, the implementation process has already been established per the RLA and the NMB.
