No sacrafices here. I think the big problem with pilots as they all know where they want to go and will do anything to get there as fast as possible. I'm taking my time and being an instructor and I'm making a good living and enjoying it. I'm only 24 and application is in at the regionals. Can't argue with that. I didn't sell my soul to get there and I've enjoyed it. I REFUSE to fly for free for someone. If you want instruction you're getting charged. I didn't go through college to sell myself short here so that I could hopefully work somewhere better later on. The journey is half the battle.
