The FA's see it as this: They could care less what we did prior to CH 11 (LOA 46) all they were told is that we took the CH 11 cut (LOA 51) like they did.
Of course they are quickly corrected, but they always come back with "My pension stinks, and we took the same cut in CH11. I could care less what you agreed to prior to the CH11 process."
That is how it was sold and how it was perceived. Like you, what an "at will" employee thinks about what happened is of no consequence to me. We are the bread winners with a lot more than three weeks of training for our jobs on the line. I want em content, but not at our expense. My impression, is everyone is done giving and being the proverbial ATM.

Correct. The Reps and Admin will have the dubious job of sifting though 12000 levels of demands to come up with the majority position. That is their job. I too trust them.
