I guess the question is do we try and negotiate a fast contract with some improvements or do we put up the fight and go for the gold ring knowing it will take longer..... For me personally I am willing to hold out and fight but alas I am only 1 vote, I guess the majority will prevail. In either case I hope our union ties annual raises to the contract that continue until the next contract is signed.
