But who's to say that the chiefs (and I mean the chiefs that went to training) aren't the ones to actually thank for that?
Part of me doubts the MEC went into negotiations last week and said "We'd like to start this off by insisting that you give FOs their ATP" and Bendo said "OK, will next month be soon enough?"
I would say that the Congress and the Colgan families (and then the FAA) are clearly to thank for the ATP, that seems obvious. At least the MEC did not fight against it, it would seem. The fact that the $240 has not been refunded at this point seems ludicrous.
