Playing what system? I think you missed Jetblast77's entire point. Your post is nothing new, we all know what seniority means. There is a point though where one needs to decide what is more important to them...family or sacrificing your family for a job that may or may not have the desired result you are looking for, which in the end may result in losing your family. Lucky for me at the moment i do not have any children or a wife so i have a little more flexibility. Remember at some point you will retire from this industry and i hope your family or future family is still by your side, because the only thing your DOH will get you then will be standby travel.
