Does anyone know why they only scheduled 3 days worth or negotiations if they are so close? Lawyer conflicts? Management or Union conflicts? Also, I am still trying to figure out what this "Deadline" is? If there is no TA at the end of the deadline and it is not extended again, what happens? Who set the deadline, was it management or the union?
IF the negotiations are extended again, I think it would be in their best interst to schedule them next week or at least before christmas. If not, they need not worry about snow or ice, as there will likely be a system wide meltdown.
