ASA or Skywest? My friend is in the ASA and Skywest pool. Which does she hold out for? I hear good things about both.
BTW, I've worked at both. I was at ASA for 1 year, and left for SKW and have been here for nearly 3. Both companies are VERY similar, almost identical. The sick policy at SKW is 100000% better than ASA's though. That said, the grass isn't always greener. I'd just take the first available.
