Normally a very small raise is applied at the amendable date and then a larger raise at the signing date. Even then often the retro is listed as a signing bonus. But again, this is an example of you saying why it is you can't fight. Why it is that there is no choice but to accept the first offer. Why it is that you should set your goals very low. This is unbelievable weakness. None of us would even be this far along had our predecessors spent their time trying to justify weakness.
Are you even capable of speaking from strength? Are you even capable of strategizing to gain the industry's
leading contract, even if it means shutting the company down?
