So here's my question: what is the worse case scenario for XJ? If the branded and charter flying doesn't take off, does this mean the company will be no more? I've always wanted to work there, but these mixed reviews have me thinking my current CFI job isn't that bad of a choice.
hey man I wouldn't worry so much. This business is full of uncertainties, but if you always run away at the first sign of trouble you probably won't get very far. My advise to you is apply all over, and when you get offers, go to the place that best suits you at the time. Don't make your decision on the basis of what COULD happen or what MIGHT happen. You have to use the facts you have RIGHT NOW. If you always sit around and go over situations in your head about possibilities in the future, you'll drive yourself nuts, along with everyone on this forum Best of luck.
