I agree. The next few years there will be all kinds of stuff going on with regionals. XJT right now is a gamble like any place, however if things turn out well for XJT---you are in at the right time and will be in great shape. WORSE case, you get hired, work for a while, get an SIC type (which is worthless--but shows you can get through 121 training), and end up going somewhere else.

As for me and most people I know.... get the job, figure out what you want to do (i.e. major, lcc, fractional, cargo, etc.) and go from there.
