I agree with you on scope but could not disagree more with this statement! In fact, if this thinking is representative of our current MEC, then it pretty much solidifies my inclination that ALPA is incapable of representing us and that a change is warranted. It is very rare and unlikely to achieve anything difficult and significant by adopting a "wait and see" attitude! Can't you see why this is wrong?
