If you want the RJ...I'd hold out for an RJ class. There were a number of guys that took the Bro, in hopes of transition to the RJ after their seatlock (1st year pay is the same) so they could get a seniority number sooner. Now, 3+ years later, many of them are stuck on the Bro, because the company stopped awarding transitions when things slowed down.
Actually I don't really care for either the Bro or Crj...I just need a job and whatever aircraft that gets me as close to home as possible (SoCal). Thanks for the info!
I really need to get a job before I have to accept a mandatory recall from TSA - Yikes! How important is currency at SKW? My last flight was on September 2010 (part 135 scheduled and unscheduled airlines I used to work for...) so I wonder if 90+ days away from a cockpit would be an issue.
