It's a different way everyone is accustomed to in scheduling. The guys who want to work extra will have every opportunity, those who don't can refuse, and if you get forced it's limited and VERY rich for the pilot. The company will spend a ton if they try and staff with the plan of JA and EXT as they do now (at 9E).
