The way I read that was that the company has to deal with ALPA for all contract concerns. I didn't see anything that said they couldn't allow campaigning from a competing entity for our business. If you read it that way, why is it that ALPA can't write a scope clause that protects DELTA pilots that is as iron clad? They surely seem to be able to protect their own fiefdom, yet cannot protect that of it's constituents. Funny how that works.
