Junior pilots in both EMB and RJ classes are mid 2005 doh. 5 1/2 years. Junior guy in the EMB class has about 1200 pilots junior to him.
We have a number of 5-9 yr FOs that are now taking the upgrade. The bottom half of the seniority list still have their bids in.
