Default Any experience with Termination on your PRIA?

My previous employer issued me Termination on my Pria for the next 5 years after a crew member formulated an outlandish letter stating I was a safety hazard.

On any future online applications when asked, why did you leave your previous employer? Should I indicate "termination" and risk not even receiving a phone call for an interview? I'm afraid with thousands of pilot apps, they will just move to the next applicant if they see termination.

Should I instead state "resignation" on the online application and issue all of the details to them when I arrive to the interview? In fact, I sent a resignation letter after my "carpet dance", but a termination letter followed.

Any advice?
