I'm in a similar position. You're not even going to get a call to an interview with termination on your record, even from the crappiest airline. When hiring picks up after Dec 2012, and somebody walks your stuff in, and sells it, you might get an interview.

Don't lie on the app. That may lead to termination number 2, and getting pulled out of a class. Try and get a job after that.
