I agree. This is not impressive and doesn't bode well for the likelihood of DPA ever coming to fruition. Of course, I find ALPA to be equally unimpressive in terms of demonstrating any intent or resolve to restore our careers. Pretty much sucks for those of us who haven't given up on this profession.
Well, my daddy always said, "If you want something done RIGHT, you gotta do it yourself". Since DPA and ALPA are both failing to meet your objectives, it would seem you have only two choices:
1) continue to be disappointed, or
2) stand up and try to make a difference
Life is full of choices...
