If... and it is a really big IF... there was anything that struck fear into the hearts of alpa national, it would be this attitude right here^ But they know that in the end that apathy will rule, and that their fiefdom is secure. Once the contract is negotiated, DPA will go onto the same scrap heap as the PPA.. there is no fear in Virginia.
